Unfortunately, our courier (DPD) does not class certain areas of Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands as Mainland UK therefore they do NOT qualify for the Free UK Mainland Delivery offer.

Excluded Scottish Islands Postcodes
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Additional Delivery Information
- All orders are trackable via the DPD site.
- A 1 hour delivery window notification will be sent via SMS or email.
- *Free UK Delivery is only applicable for UK Mainland areas (see excluded postcode areas above).
- Majority of our parcels are sent via DPD.
All Our Items Are Tracked
To ensure that your item is on its way to you, all consignments leaving The Towel Shop are tracked and tracking numbers are available upon request.
Please note that tracking numbers will only be available when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the status is set to “shipped”.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow several hours for your tracking number to become valid.
Dispatch Time & Tracking
Items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, provided all items are in stock.
Items ordered Monday to Friday after 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
If payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow additional time for delivery.
