How do I know if I need 12" or 16" depth?
Measure your mattress depth including any topper — 12" suits most standard mattresses, 16" suits deep or pillow-top mattresses.
Will this match the 400TC bed linen main range exactly?
Yes, same fabric batch specification, sold separately for buyers who only need the fitted sheet.
Is the elastic all the way round or just at the corners?
Just the four corners — enough to hold the sheet snugly through the night without needing elastic the full length of the hem.
Do you sell these in bulk for hotels replacing worn stock?
Yes — packs of 5, 10 and 25 are available, with larger quantities quoted directly.
What if my mattress is deeper than 16"?
Our 200TC extra deep fitted sheet is the maximum depth currently offered — call to check if anything deeper can be sourced.
