A 400 thread count sateen set: what is in the box
Each set is a duvet cover with matching pillowcases, one for a Single and two for Double, King and Super King. The cover is envelope style with no buttons, and the listing says buttoned styles are available on request. If you want buttons as standard, the 400TC sateen buttoned duvet cover sets have them.
Cotton sateen at 400 thread count
The listing describes 100% pure cotton sateen at 400 thread count, with the soft, smooth, crisp finish and subtle sheen that a sateen weave gives. Sateen is a weave that puts more of each yarn on the surface than a plain weave, which is where the sheen and smoothness come from.
Fitted sheets and sizes
The title lists a duvet cover and pillowcases, so fitted sheets are sold separately: see the 400 thread count cotton sateen fitted sheets. The sizes are Single, Double, King and Super King.

FAQs
What sizes are there?
Single, Double, King and Super King.
Does it have buttons?
It is envelope style, with no buttons. Buttoned styles are available on request.
How many pillowcases come with it?
One pillowcase comes with a Single set, and two come with Double, King and Super King sets. Spare pillowcases are sold separately in the 400 thread count range.
Does it come with a fitted sheet?
No, the title lists a duvet cover and pillowcases, so fitted sheets are sold separately.
What is the biggest pack?
A pack of 25. Packs run 5, 10 and 25, with no minimum order, so for more beds than that, place two orders.
Is 400 thread count worth it over 300?
The denser weave of the two, and both are 100% cotton sateen. This 400 thread count set comes with pillowcases and is envelope style, while the 300 thread count cover is listed on its own. Pick by what is in the box and how it fastens, because thread count alone does not tell you how long either one lasts.
