Two customers rated it five stars. One said they cannot tell it is waterproof when sleeping on top and that it fits an extra wide mattress really well, even after washing. The other called it waterproof but breathable, with softness. They describe a protector that sits under the sheet without announcing itself.
The protector is made for a mattress 9 inches deep. Measure from the base to the top, including any topper, before you order. For a mattress between 12 and 16 inches, see the quilted waterproof protector for 12 to 16 inch mattresses.
A waterproof fitted protector goes under your normal fitted sheet. If you want the mattress fully enclosed, see the fully zipped waterproof protector, and if you want a terry towelling top, the terry towelling waterproof protector.

Is it waterproof?
It is listed as waterproof and quilted.
Which packs can I buy?
A single piece, or a pack of 10 or 100.
Which sizes can I buy?
Single, 4 Foot, Double, King and Super King. Call 01204 455755 for the measurements of a particular size before you order.
Can I wash it?
Machine washable, yes. One customer said it still fitted an extra wide mattress really well after washing. The listing gives no wash temperature.
Will I feel the waterproof layer?
One customer said they cannot tell it is waterproof when sleeping on top, and another called it waterproof but breathable, with softness. We cannot promise that for every sleeper, because it depends on the sheet and the mattress. Order a single piece first if you want to test it before buying a pack of 10 or 100.
How deep a mattress does it fit?
The protector is made for a mattress 9 inches deep. Measure from the base of the mattress to the top, including any topper, because a pocket that is too shallow can lift at the corners. For a mattress that is 12 to 16 inches deep, the quilted protector for deeper mattresses is the one to look at.
