What's a Valance sheet?
Valance sheets are placed over your mattress just like a fitted sheet but instead of simply covering the mattress, they drop all the way down to the floor therefore, covering the base of the bed. The valance sheet covers 8 inches of the mattress and 14 inches of frill covers the base of the bed.
