CS sorted my size issues so kudos for amazing customer service. This product is fluffy and soft, 600GSM is good but I forgot my last towel was 700GSM & that's pure luxury.
First time shopping with this company. I bought towels for a Christmas present. On receiving I had a look at them they do not appear to be as thick and soft as described. Will await my daughters review when she is gifted them.
