Ordered at 2pm and they arrived at 10 am the next day. Fantastic since I'd gone for the free 4 - 8 day service. I have ordered these towels before and they are fantastic value for money. Thick and soft. I will use again.
I recently ordered some towels and the delivery was fast unfortunately one of the towels had a slight flaw I emailed The Towel Shop and the next day I received a phone call regarding my complaint the issue was resolved not only did I get an apology they replaced the towel and gave me an extra one I can only say I thought customer service was excellent well done I shall be recommending you and ordering again in future.
