Ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Unwrapped and left to one side for a day to allow it to breath, First night of use I found it kept the bed warm and cozy. The duvet weight wise is heavy and noticeable when under it but this helps keeping it in one place. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Roll on the long winter months.

A new feather duvet can have a slight smell when you take it out of the bag, and the worry is that something is wrong. It is normal and fades once the duvet has aired in a well-ventilated room for up to 24 hours. This 10.5 tog goose feather and down duvet is 85% white goose feather and 15% white down in a down-proof cambric cotton cover, OekoTex certified, meaning tested and confirmed free from harmful substances.

Down gives the loft and warmth, and the feather adds weight and structure. 10.5 tog is our all-year weight, and with proper care the duvet can last up to 10 years. For colder bedrooms, choose the 13.5 tog goose feather and down duvet.
