Was amazed at the level of service offered by the towel shop, was kept informed throughout the order process, even got a text with a 1 hour delivery slot so didn't have to wait in all day.
The Towel Shop processed my order efficiently, quickly and I received the parcel quickly and well packaged. The robe is what I have been looking for recently in high street stores, but unsuccessfully. I then resorted to online shopping and this robe is just right - good quality towelling, good size and just right for after shower use - better than trying to keep a towel in place! I am now looking to buy another one for husband, who is disabled and I feel this would help him. (we have just had a new shower room and had to dispense with our bath due to his disability)

These aren't your standard fleece robes you find in the shop they are good old terry towelling bath robes, very hard to find these days.
