I'd explored a few online shops and found this one to be the cheapest - I only wanted a basic towelling bath robe. This was excellent value at £12, it didn't add on VAT (it was already calculated) and they didn't charge extra for delivery. The robe arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I placed two orders for towel robes separately on the same day. I couldn't be bothered to ask them to have them delivered together, so the second order I just opted for the later, free delivery. Towel Shop noticed that I had made two orders to be delivered to the same address, and they sent them BOTH at the quicker rate, with no extra charge. Thanks Towel Shop.
