Bathrobes I had ordered wasn't in stock, however I emailed them and got a response very quickly telling me that they were ordering the item in, however they had a different colour available and would be willing to send me that instead. I accepted and the Item was shipped extremely quickly and arrived next day. I was sceptical with never hearing of the website before, but my experience has been great and I would recommend to anyone!
