Just had bathroom re-fit , so change towels,robes colour scheme, with the robes nice as they are ! And of good quality, they don't match one a darker grey than the other ? Same goes for the bath towels darker than the hand towels? Are grey but just a different shade, so unfortunately won't be buying from here again, I should have just got from Shop where you can see them !

This is proper terry towelling cotton. Same looped-pile construction as a bath towel, built to pull moisture off your skin instead of smearing it around. At 400GSM and made from ring spun cotton, it has enough weight to feel substantial without turning into a sauna the second you put it on. Ring spun fibres hold their structure through repeated washing better than the open-end cotton used in a lot of budget robes too, so it doesn't thin out or bobble after a few months.
One size, cut closer to an XL, works for men and women without separate size ranges to hunt through. Two deep front pockets, a self-tie belt, machine washable. Seven colours.

Skip the fabric softener. It coats the cotton loops and cuts absorbency over time
No bleach
Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry
Don't over-dry — it makes the towelling feel stiff

Genuinely unisex cut, same for every colour.

Closer to an XL. Chest width is 60cm laid flat, sleeve 60cm, cuff 19cm, full length 120cm. The 180cm belt lets you adjust the fit.

What's the difference between this and the Egyptian Collection robe?
Mostly weight. This is 400GSM in one size. The Egyptian Collection is 470GSM, comes in three sizes instead of one, and you can choose a hooded or shawl collar style.
Will it thin out or fade with repeated washing?
Ring spun cotton holds up better than the open-end cotton in a lot of cheaper robes. Skip the fabric softener and bleach and it'll keep both its softness and colour for a long time.
