BS 7175 is a British Standard test for how bedding behaves when a flame or a cigarette touches it. It is a set of tests, not one pass mark: the Source number is the ignition level, and a higher number is a more severe scenario. This pillow is tested to Source 5. If you need Source 7, see the Source 7 flame retardant pillow. Which level a setting needs should be confirmed with a fire risk assessor.
The filling is hollowfibre polyester and it is flame retardant treated. The cover is Proban treated. The fabric was tested to BS 7175 after 50 washes at 74°C. The pillow weighs 650g and the size is 48 x 74cm. It is flame retardant, not fireproof: it is designed to resist ignition and slow the spread of flame. It is made in the UK.
It is machine washable, and you can tumble dry warm to cool. It is used in care homes, hotels and hospitals. For a waterproof flame retardant pillow, see the PU coated pillow, which is wipe clean only.

No. It is designed to resist ignition and slow the spread of flame, not to be fireproof.
