I like my pillow to be firm and not flatten quickly and so far this pillow has delivered. It came very flat from transport so I put in the dryer on the delicate setting for a few minutes and it became bigger.

Delighted with the bamboo pillows and the memory. My husband squashes his pillows at night and it usually ends up with a crumpled mess. This pillow remains the same at the start of the night until morning, no crumpled pillows. That’s a win win from me and hubby. Recomenneded pillow.
I have a neck problem and find it very difficult to find a comfortable pillow, so was just waiting for it to be another waste of money. However I am very pleased with it and am sleeping better now and I am more comfortable than I have been for a long time.

Most side sleepers know within a week whether a pillow will hold its shape, and plenty have been let down by one that flattened overnight. Customers who reviewed this one say it keeps its shape. We make it in-house, and it sits in our memory foam pillow range at 72 x 43cm.
The cover is 240gsm jacquard knit, 60% polyester and 40% bamboo, so it is a blend and not a full bamboo cover. Inside is a 0.7cm layer of 30D plate foam, and we describe the pillow as a shredded memory foam pillow. The closure is sewn, so the filling stays put. If you want a bigger pillow, the large bamboo contour pillow measures 60 x 40cm.
The Colour option picks the cover: classic bamboo style, charcoal activated fabric, or copper infused fabric. The pillow size is the same on all three. The charcoal infused pillow and the copper infused pillow are listed separately.

No. The cover is 60% polyester and 40% bamboo.
We do not give a firmness rating. Two customers describe it as firm, and one of them calls it firm but comfortable. A side sleeper says it keeps its shape.
It arrives roll-packed, so allow a few hours to air out and return to its shape. One customer found hers arrived flat and gave it a few minutes in the tumble dryer on a delicate setting. That was her own fix, and we have no care instruction to add.
Yes. It is smaller than a 48 x 74cm case, so it fits loosely.
Only the cover. Classic is a bamboo style cover, charcoal is a charcoal activated fabric cover and copper is a copper infused fabric cover. The foam does not change with the colour as far as we list it, and the size stays 72 x 43cm on all three.
