ordered 4-600gsm bath towels and when they arrived and saw the quality and very good price we ordered 6 hand towels. there was a bit of a mix up with colour of towels but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. would definately recommend this company and their products.

Unfortunate I had to return the order, which was hassle free and the towel shop were very good at organising and refunding.
The towel shop were very helpful as we had not ordered from them in the past,they arrived with us no the isle of man 3 days later Excellent comp to deal with. Towels arrived in two days nicely boxed, they were washed & wow fluffed to 3 times their thickness, beautiful high quality towels a pleasure to use, i give this product 10 out of 10 John Pinckard in IOM.

Ordered luxury towels late on New Years Eve, with expected delivery after 5th January, however with informative e-mails,awoke on 2nd January , to find parcel delivered & waiting !!! What brilliant service, especially at this time of year!!! Towels have lovely feel , & love the colour (purple) nice & rich looking , I'm sure will be using for a good few years to come. Will use again, & will recommend to friends/family. Thank you.
From choosing items on their online site to dealing with them on the phone, everything was just perfect. The young chap on the phone was so helpful. All I needed was to know if I would receive my order tomorrow 31/12 if I only placed it today, as a lot of companies are not delivering. Not only did he confirm that it would be delivered, he even checked whether all the stock I would be ordering online was indeed available. 10 out of 10 to him. Brilliant. What's the difference between this and your 700 GSM double yarn range?
700 GSM uses two threads twisted together before weaving for extra density; 600 GSM is a single carded cotton weave — thicker than 500 GSM without the longer drying time of double yarn.

Is 600 GSM noticeably thicker than a standard 500 GSM towel?
