If you like a towel that feels dry and slightly abrasive (and dries very well) these are perfect! This type of towel is quite rare nowadays, as most mainstream shops (like John Lewsi) only sell what they call 'luxury' or 'hotel-style' towels with a high GSM rating. What this means against your body is a rather slimy slippery pile with poor drying-off qualities and a nightmare to wash and dry outdoors. The 500 GSM towels are the perfect weight for a fresh well-maintained bath linen regime and feel just perfect, dry and inviing, after a lovely bath or shower.

Excellent value for a bath sheet (bought 2 for around £15 :) I was worried they’d feel thin but they don’t. They’re not as thick like some you can get but then those would cost a lot more.

I washed this product before use on a 40* Cotton Wash using an Ecoegg, no fabric softener. I hung it on an airer to air dry on my landing and was pleasantly surprised that it dried soft.
