I was very happy with the service I received from Towel Shop. The people I spoke with on the phone were polite and helpful. The price I paid was far less than everywhere else I could find and free delivery was included. I unpacked these towels to find one had some dark smudges. I decided to try them and found they were good at drying. The size was good and very absorbent. Thought they were a bit thin at first but good quality.

This is the standard bath towel size in our 500 GSM institutional range, carrying two header bars woven into the border so laundry staff can sort it from hand towels and bath sheets by sight. Ring spun carded cotton throughout — fibres combed and tightly twisted before weaving, which holds up to commercial wash temperatures better than the open-end alternative most bulk suppliers use.
At 70 x 130cm, it matches the sizing convention across our institutional range, so it slots straight into an order alongside hand towels and bath sheets at the same construction.
