Thoroughly recommend. Top quality products and excellent customer service
Ideal for bulk buys at a great price.
Needed some extra towels and found "the towel shop " on line. Very impressed with the selection of products. Also really liked the ease of ordering and the discounts for volume. Our towels arrived quickly and we are pleased with the quality and the price is we feel pretty unbeatable
Great towels thick
Great service. Had to web chat with a few delivery queries & enquiry handled immediately. Will use them again.
We recently bought 4 bath towels. The delivery was good. We have used two of the towels so far and the description given on the website is very accurate. They are very absorbent and they dry in double quick time after use! We haven't washed them yet but I am expecting it to be good. We have ordered 4 more bath towels.
Superb.large and supremely fluffy.

A busy institutional laundry doesn't have time to check labels — that's why every size in this range carries a different number of header bars woven into the border: one bar for hand towels, two for bath towels, three for bath sheets. Staff can sort by sight, which matters more than it sounds like when a laundry room is processing hundreds of towels a day.
Every size is 500 GSM ring spun carded cotton, not the open-end alternative most bulk suppliers use at this weight. Ring spinning combs and twists the fibres tighter before weaving, producing a stronger yarn that holds up through commercial wash temperatures.

How does the header bar system work?
Hand towels carry one bar, bath towels two, and bath sheets three, woven into the border so staff can sort by sight during fast laundry turnaround.
What's the difference between ring spun and open-end cotton?
Ring spun combs and twists fibres tighter before weaving, producing a stronger yarn that holds its density through more commercial washes than open-end.
Is there a lighter option if 500 GSM is heavier than we need?
Yes, our 400 GSM institutional range uses the same ring spun construction at a faster-drying weight.
Is there a minimum order?
No — order any quantity, with larger box options for a lower unit price.
Do you offer sizes beyond what's listed?
The two bath sheet sizes (90 x 150cm and 100 x 150cm) cover most institutional needs — call 01204 455755 if you need something specific.
