Excellent I gave them a hard time when first ordering due to my own inefficiency. But they kept their cool and we managed to sort it out. No thanks to me .It is automated but seems to keep a friendly eye on their clients. The goods I have purchased from them so far have been good value for he reasonable prices charged. These 700gsm Egyptian towels feel like good quality, although we haven't used them yet, delivery was free with no hitches and price was reasonable. Also used the Towel Shop for some tablecloths recently and similar comments apply.
This is the first time of have ordered from The Towel Shop, and I was very impressed. I could not find the colour I wanted in the shops so thought I would give them a go. The towels I ordered are very good quality (700 gsm) , lovely colour and arrived in 4 days.
