After numerous years of wrestling with the fitted sheets, we went with a deep sheet, to allow them to be eased on and enjoyed without the historical challenges. Having bought towels from Towel shop previously, we gave them a go, it transpires we were right to do so. Very good sheets, fit well, seems set for a decent lifespan and have already washed well. Will this fit a standard 9-inch mattress too, or is it only for deep ones?
It's designed for 12"–16", so it will fit a standard mattress but with more spare fabric than a fitted-depth sheet — for a closer fit on a shallower mattress, our 12" fitted sheet is the better match.
How is this different from your 400TC fitted sheets in the same depth?
Same depth range, different fabric — this is 200TC percale-weight cotton; the 400TC range is a denser sateen weave. Choose based on feel preference rather than depth, since both fit the same mattresses.
Does the elastic wear out over time?
All elastic loses some tension eventually with washing — rotating two or three sets rather than washing one constantly extends the life of any fitted sheet's corners.
Do you sell this in bulk for hotels with deep mattresses across multiple rooms?
Yes — packs of 5, 10, 25 and 50 are available, with larger quantities quoted directly.
Is there a smaller-depth version if I don't need the full 16"?
Yes, our 12" fitted sheet covers standard mattress depths at a lower price if 16" is more than you need.
