I really love the texture and feel of the robe.
Excellent item
Excellent quality and good value for money. Just what I needed. I bought 8.
I bought these for my private pool hire and they look and feel great. Sizing is good plenty of room to cover most of my clients and they wash and iron like a dream. Very pleased and well worth the money
I am delighted with this robe. I bought 2. They are thick cotton, very roomy and amazing value for money.
Excellent quality. Perfect for using after I've got out of the shower.
I would have given this item 5 stars except for the fact that the belt provided was far too small for the size of the gown and certainly does not go around me. Other than that for the price the quality and the fit were fine so quite pleased with the product supplied.
Exactly as described. The odd tiny loose or coloured thread does not detract from this soft and comfortable product. Excellent value
These gowns are really good quality. Thick cotton and really well made. They are probably an extra large size but as they are wrap style, they would fit most people. Really great value!
100% cotton in a waffle weave at 300GSM, roughly a third lighter than our Egyptian Collection robes, shawl collar, one size closer to XL, a waist tie and two front pockets.
Who buys this: Anyone in a warm house, a hot climate, or who simply runs warm and finds a full towelling robe too much. Also hotels, holiday lets and hospitality buyers stocking up for summer.
A heavy towelling robe is the wrong call for summer mornings or a warm bedroom. This one is 100% cotton in a waffle weave at 300GSM, so it doesn't trap heat the way a standard terry robe does, and it's still an actual dressing gown rather than a thin dressing-up costume that happens to be waffle-textured.
The waffle structure still absorbs, because cotton is cotton whatever the weave, just with less bulk than terry towelling. That's why this waffle bathrobe is genuinely a different product to a decorative polyester waffle robe, not a cut-down version of our heavier gowns. Shawl collar, one size closer to XL, waist tie, two front pockets, machine washable. Single robe or bulk packs up to 100 pieces for hotels and hospitality buyers who need volume.
Want more warmth for winter? The standard Terry Towelling Bath Robe steps up to 400GSM. Or the Premium 2in1 Hooded Dressing Gown gives you the same waffle look with a full towelling inner for both appearance and weight. Full range:Bath Robes & Dressing Gowns.

Is 300GSM warm enough for anything other than summer?
Works fine indoors year-round with the heating on. It's built for anyone who runs warm or has a well-heated home, not strictly a summer product.
How generous is the one-size fit?
Closer to an XL. Chest width is 60cm laid flat and full length is 127cm. Sleeves are 65cm, about 10cm longer than our standard terry towelling robe, so if you're shorter, expect to turn the cuffs back. The 180cm belt lets you cinch the waist.
Can this be ordered in bulk for hotels or holiday lets?
Single item or bulk packs up to 100 pieces.
Does the waffle weave actually absorb moisture?
Yes. Cotton is cotton regardless of the weave — it just absorbs with less bulk than terry towelling, which is the whole point of this style rather than a purely decorative finish.
Is it colourfast, and how should I wash it?
Similar colours, skip the softener, tumble dry low or air dry.
